WHAT IS MIDDLE EAST INNOVATION WEEK?
Building on the success of Egypt Innovation Week, which brought together over 55,000 participants from more than 90 countries, Middle East Innovation Week (MEIW) 2026 is a community-powered, distributed innovation journey running from 23 September to 2 October 2026 across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. Rather than operating in silos, MEIW connects regional innovation ecosystems through a series of locally hosted, community-led events curated by hubs, accelerators, universities, corporates, investors, and grassroots communities. Each market delivers ecosystem-driven activities aligned with national priorities, while remaining united under a shared regional narrative, brand, and timeline. MEIW serves as the connective layer, driving visibility, alignment, and collaboration across the region.
